The Department of Radiology at Salus deals with the production and reading of diagnostic or therapeutic radiographic images, and also provides clinical services and instrumental diagnostics. In addition, the department cooperates with all the other departments of the hospital, making consultations for hospitalized patients. The medical staff participates in the conferences of the most important Italian Radiological Societies and in the updating courses organized by the companies themselves and by the Italian Radiological Departments . All staff, medical and non-medical, in addition to regular training courses on the use of equipment available to the service, periodically attend refresher courses and training as required by ministerial directives on continuing medical education (ECM). The staff attend courses and meetings organized by the Salus hospital to meet the provisions for safety and professional training. The Radiology Service operates in various areas that include activities related to hospitalization and outpatient activities.
