EDUCATION
1983 -1990, Graduated in Medicine and Surgery, with excellent results, at the University of Chieti "G. D'Annunzio, ITALY.
1990 – 1995, completed the Specialization in Neurosurgery University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, ITALY.
1990 – 1990 performed Microsurgery practice at the Department of Microsurgery, University of Chieti, ITALY.
1990, is provided with an Italian License for practicing the profession from the Ministry and University of Scientific and Technological Research.
1990 – 1992, practice in Neurosurgery "Teramo City Hospital", ITALY.
2002 – 2004, internship at the Laser Spine Center, Columbia University, under the direction of Prof. Daniel S.J. Choy, in New York.
2006, internship at the Laser Spine Center, Columbia University, under the direction of Prof. Daniel S.J. Choy, in New York.
2013, he was granted a License to practice as a specialist in neurosurgery in the United Kingdom by the General Medical Council - UK.
2014, equipment with License for practicing the profession as a specialist in neurosurgery from the Swiss Confederation: GLN.
2015, is provided with a License to practice the profession as a specialist in neurosurgery, from DUBAI HEALTHCARE CITY

 

EMPLOYMENT
1992 – 2003, Head of the Department of Neurosurgery, Teramo Hospital, Italy. During this period, he performed over 1,800 neurosurgical procedures in all areas of neurosurgery (brain and spine surgery).
1991-1998, Consultant in neurosurgery at the Civil Hospital of San Benedetto del Tronto.
2000-2002 Consultant in neurosurgery at the Civil Hospital of "Ascoli Piceno" - Italy
2007 and currently Director of the European partners of the Laser Spine Center of New York by Prof. Daniel SJ Choy (Columbia University, New York, NY, USA) presented the first PLDD procedure and Laser Spine Center.
2003- and currently, Co-Director of the Department of Minimally Invasive Spinal Surgery, near the "Villa Anna" nursing home (Private Hospital) Via Toscana.
During the period (2003-2017) he has performed more than 4500 minimally invasive micro-neurosurgical spine surgical procedures.
Author and co-author in more than 100 scientific publications.
