- From 1981 to 1986, he completed his university studies at the Faculty of Medicine.
-From 1990-1992, he specialized in General Pathology at the Faculty of Medicine.
-In the year 1992-1996, he specialized in Cardiology at the Faculty of Medicine.
-In 2001-2002 he conducted in-depth studies in the microthesis on the topic "Correlation of serum testosterone level in Coronary Artery Diseases in men"
- In March 2010-2011, he completed his specialization at the "Riuniti di Bergami" hospital in the Department of Cardiovascular and Echography, in Italy
-In 2015, he received the scientific degree "Doctor of Science", in the Department of "Internal Diseases" on the topic "Correlation of the serum level of testosterone with Coronary Artery Disease".

EMPLOYMENT
- From 1986 to 1990, he worked as a General Practitioner in Librazhd.
-From 1996-1998, he worked as a Cardiologist in the hospital of Peqin.
-In 1998- Doctor and Head of Cardiology cabinet at SU "Shefqet Ndroqi"
-From 2013 onwards, Head of Cardiology Service at SU "Shefqet Ndroqi" in Tirana.
- In 2014, Chairman of the Professional Evaluation and Ethics Committee of the Doctor
- From 2015 onwards, Deputy Technical Director of the "Shefqet Ndroqi" University Hospital in Tirana.
- Author, co-author and participant in various trainings and conferences inside and outside the country.
