Dr. Flamur Vellku, a doctor with a rich career and long experience in the field of orthopedics, graduated from the University of Medicine and Surgery in Florence, Italy, while he completed his specialization at the University of Siena.

In 2000, he received a license to practice surgery.

In 1999, he received a degree in medicine and surgery at the University of Florence.

From 1990-1995 he studied at the University of Medicine and Surgery of Tirana.
