Infertility is a major social, societal and psychological problem. Many couples do not consult a doctor and receive the wrong and delayed treatment.
⚕️It is defined as the couple's inability to conceive for a period of one year (for those under 35 years old), and 6 months (for those over 35 years old), with unprotected sexual contact (at least twice a week).
Infertility affects 15% of couples of reproductive age.
The male and female factors each account for 35%. In 20% we find both combined. 10% of cases are idiopathic, or unknown.

✅The first analysis required in men is the spermogram after a 2 to 3 day abstinence.
The causes for an abnormal sperm analysis are often correctable and depend on stress, infection, abnormal motility, immunological factors, infection, etc.
✅The problems of female infertility are more complicated and require a wider diagnostic exploration. It requires treatment based on protocols with high contemporary standards and high-level mini-invasive interventions.
