Why Check Moles?

When was the last time you checked your moles?
Moles are considered skin growths (extensions) and can vary in different shapes/colors. They can appear anywhere on the skin, alone or in groups with others.
The vast majority of moles are benign (harmless), but occasionally they can turn into the skin cancer melanoma. Any mole that is changing shape or continues to grow should be checked, whether new or existing.
Controlling moles using a dermatoscope is an advanced diagnostic method because it can diagnose skin cancer in its early stages.
Why wait for the problem? If you check your skin periodically you have no reason to worry.
