Advanced implantology is that branch of implantology that includes surgical techniques that are in support of implantologists to create opportunities to place implants in cases where the necessary bone thickness is missing to carry out this process.

Advanced implantology realizes bone augmentation in areas where it is missing or has been resorbed! The bone that is added is autologous bone, the patient's own bone which is taken from different areas inside the mouth (From the lower jaw to the ramus or the chin area), while it can also be taken from the scalp or from the iliac bone!

By doing so, the bone is created to achieve sufficient thickness for implant placement so that patients can regain full function in chewing, speaking and increasing self-confidence!
