HEMATOLOGY
The Department of Hematology in Salus is a branch of internal medicine that deals with the blood and organs that make up the hematopoietic system. Part of the Department of Hematology are specialists in the field, Italian and Albanian, who deal with the diagnosis, treatment and general management of people with blood disorders ranging from anemia to blood cancer. The hematologist studies the causes, diagnosis, treatment, prognosis and prevention of blood diseases.
