This is the first and only center operating in our country for this type of sector.
The first AIR MEDICAL CENTER in Albania, aims to protect the health of flight personnel and above all the certification of personnel to ensure flight safety.
The certificates issued by our SALUS AEMC aviation center are dedicated to the flight staff as follows:
Class 1, 2, LAPL
Cabin crew
Flight controllers
All certificates issued by our center are in accordance with the Regulations of the Albanian Civil Aviation Authority and the Regulation EASA, PART – MED.
The director of Salus Aero Medical Center is Dr. Vincenza Indelicato, who graduated from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” in Medicine and Surgery in 1989.
Dr. Vincenza Indelicato, with almost 25 years of experience is:
Specializing in Dermatology and SST at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”
In 1999 he received the title “Dr”. for medical certification of airworthiness to maintain licenses and certificates of operation in aeronautics Poliambulatorio SASN Fiumicino according to DGAC-MED
Since 2005 he has been appointed Head of Health Poliambulatorio SASN Fiumicino
2007 – Appointed Head of Post-SASN Health Aerea at Rome Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci Airport. From the same year he collaborated with the General Directorate of Human Resources and Health Professions to implement European regulations on health standards for air and sea transport.
In November 2007 she was appointed as “representative of the Ministry of Health for the work of the Inter-Ministerial Coordination Committee for Maritime Transport”. Delegate of the Italian state to the work of the IMO (International Maritime Organization) for the revision of the STCW Code and Convention. Italian expert at the European Council for Maritime Transport.
She has also been a lecturer for refresher courses (ECM) at the Ministry of Health in the Quality Department and the Prevention Department.
